34ok Terms & Conditions

1 Introduction & Applicability

This document is a legal agreement between 34ok and users of its platform. 34ok is an online gaming and betting platform offering cricket betting, slots, and live casino games. By using this website or application, or by creating an account, you fully agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the platform.

34ok reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms. Users will be notified of significant changes where possible.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To open an account and play on 34ok, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years old (for those aged 21 and above only).
• You must be capable of entering into a contract on your own behalf as a legally recognized individual.
• Participation in this type of gaming activity must not be prohibited by law in your place of residence.
• You are playing for yourself and with your own money — not on behalf of a third party.
• You have not previously been banned from 34ok.

34ok may request identity documents at any time for age verification. Providing false information will result in account closure and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each user may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts from the same person or household is strictly prohibited. Providing accurate and complete information during registration is mandatory.

• Keep your login password confidential and do not share it with anyone.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify 34ok support immediately.
• Selling, transferring, or renting the account to anyone else is prohibited.
• If 34ok detects fraudulent activity, it may suspend or close the account without prior notice.

4 Deposits

The following mobile banking methods are currently accepted for depositing funds on 34ok: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Bank transfers or any other methods are not accepted.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100.
• Deposited funds will be available for use only after successful account verification.
• Make sure to use the correct reference number and amount when depositing — 34ok will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.
• In the case of suspicious or fraudulent transactions, 34ok may hold the relevant deposit and conduct an investigation.

5 Withdrawals

The following conditions apply for withdrawing winnings:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal time: processing is generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the mobile number used for the deposit — withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• 34ok may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until the wagering requirements of any active bonus have been met.

34ok reserves the right to delay or suspend any withdrawal request for technical or security reasons.

6 Welcome Bonus & Promotional Offers

34ok's welcome bonus is a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳8,000. Important terms relating to the bonus:

• Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,200 bonus — total balance ৳2,200.
• Example 2: Deposit ৳14,000 and receive the maximum ৳8,000 bonus — total balance ৳22,000.
• Wagering requirement: you must place bets 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus only, not the combined deposit and bonus).
• Wagering example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = winnings from the bonus will be withdrawable only after ৳12,000 in bets have been placed.
• The bonus applies only to the first deposit of a new account.
• The bonus may be limited to specific games or sections — see the promotions page for details.
• 34ok reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer.

34ok's decision on granting or withdrawing bonuses is considered final.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All games and betting markets offered on 34ok are governed by their respective rules. Users should be aware:

• Each game has its own rules, and it is the user's responsibility to read them before starting to play.
• If a game is affected by a system error or technical issue, 34ok reserves the right to cancel that round and refund the bet amount.
• In sports betting such as cricket or football, winning bet amounts will be credited to the account after the result is determined.
• Any attempt to gain bonuses or profits through multiple accounts or manipulation will result in account closure.
• Decisions regarding entry into the VIP program and tier changes are determined at 34ok's discretion.

8 VIP Program

34ok's VIP program has 5 tiers, each offering weekly cashback. The tier-based benefits are as follows:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

You can advance to higher tiers through regular and active play. VIP benefits may be modified at 34ok's own discretion.

9 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Money laundering or use of funds from illegal sources.
• Running multiple accounts to collect bonuses ("bonus abuse").
• Playing using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Intentionally exploiting system errors or bugs.
• Fraudulent or deceptive behavior toward other users.
• Abusive or threatening behavior toward 34ok staff.

10 Data Privacy
